Kristen started coming to FIT4MOM classes when she moved to Los Angeles in 2017 with her then 1-year-old daughter. She loved the community of amazing moms and the workouts so much that she became an instructor in 2021 when both her first and second kid started school. She loves getting creative with class themes and truly cannot imagine life without FIT4MOM. When she’s not teaching or taking class she can be seen as the school mascot and spiritwear chair at her kids’ elementary school, tutoring other elementary school students, or dancing up a storm to any good beat she hears!
