Body Back Summer Mini Session

4 Weeks: 7/21/20 - 8/13/20

Tuesdays/Thursdays @ 8:00 pm

2 LIVE HIIT workouts a week via Zoom, Private Facebook Page, Accountability, Community with Other Moms, and Fun!

Each class is an hour long and starts with a warm-up, moves into a HIIT workout, and ends with stretching and a quick meditation to send you off into your evening.
