Body Back Summer Mini Session

4 Weeks: 7/21/20 - 8/13/20

Tuesdays/Thursdays @ 8:00 pm

2 LIVE HIIT workouts a week via Zoom, Private Facebook Page, Accountability, Community with Other Moms, and Fun!

Each class is an hour long and starts with a warm-up, moves into a HIIT workout, and ends with stretching and a quick meditation to send you off into your evening.

Virtual Stroller Strides & Stroller Barre

Come get a full-body workout with us 6 days a week with Stroller Strides and Stroller Barre. We combine strength, cardio, and core work, and welcome mothers at all levels of fitness... virtually!

Classes are an hour long and held over Zoom. Once you enroll the link will be on the confirmation page and sent to you.
