Run Club (4 weeks)

Our 4-week Run Club takes our full 8-week Run Club and cuts it in half for a short, sweet, and FUN 5K training program! We provide you with a training plan, one cross-training class a week, nutrition tips for fueling during training, and a private Facebook group to connect with other moms. You’ll also receive weekly emails to help support and keep you accountable.
