Body Well

Body Well™ is about the journey, meeting you where you are & challenging you to grow. This 8-week program includes small group fitness coaching, nutritional guidance, recipes + meal planners, community-based workouts, and weekly challenges to help you manage stress and sleep better. Body Well™ will focus on improving your physical and mental well-being with a community of mamas to support you every step of the way.

  • Small group fitness coaching including 2 High-Intensity Interval Training workouts per week

  • Seasonal recipes and Nutrition Guide

  • Meal planning + coaching

  • Option to workout at home or in person once a week

  • Private Facebook group for accountability & support

  • Weekly Challenges

  • Unlimited support from instructor & other moms in class

We love your kiddos, but our in-person Body Well program classes are for moms only. It is recommended that you be at least 3-6 months postpartum before beginning this program and get cleared by a doctor for exercise.

    • Tuesday/Thursday @8pm

    • Tuesday you will have the option to join us from home or in-person.* Thursday workouts will be at home for the time being.   

*We are trying out a hybrid model this session where you can join us once a week in-person at Spry Society. We will have all safety protocols in place, which will be announced TBD.

Space is limited. Payment is due in full to reserve your spot. If you are unable to pay in full, a $50 deposit is required. The remainder of your payment will be due the Monday before classes begin. To pay a deposit please email
