Body Boost is a HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) class that offers a full-body workout consisting of cardio, strength, and core work. Tuesdays we meet online on Zoom and Thursdays we meet at the gym.
You can join using a Body Boost 6-Pack, Unlimited Membership, or single class Drop-In. Virtual 5-Packs do not pay for this service. If you take the class before purchasing a plan or pass you will be charged after class accordingly.
